Membership Futures 2027
Two days on what membership looks like at the end of the decade. The Institute’s flagship conference brings together chief executives, membership directors and the teams who deliver, across 24 sessions and four parallel tracks.
The 2027 programme takes the findings of The Membership Economy 2027 as its starting point: what actually drives retention, how communities outperform audiences, and what AI changes for a membership team of five.
The room where membership moves forward.
Hear what is changing across the profession. Keynotes, panels and breakouts from practitioners who are doing it.
Meet peers facing the same opportunities and challenges. A thousand professionals, two days, endless possibility.
Take home practical approaches you can use immediately. Every session is built around what works, not what should.
Step outside day-to-day delivery and think bigger. Futures is designed to change how you see your work.
Two days, four tracks
Sessions run in four parallel tracks — Growth, Community, Operations and Leadership. Delegates choose their own route through the programme; every session is recorded and released to attendees afterwards.
